And is FileMeta also the handler, or is the handler already built into windows, and File Meta is just enabling it for other file types. When i click on properties -> details of a.txt file withOUT FileMeta, i see properties like name, type, size, date, owner. None of them are editable. I dont see comments, nor tags. So does FileMeta also add some new propteries, or just make them editable.

Your quoting me as im wrong and im not SUPERG!!! MP3's and WMA files can encode tags into the actual audio file!! Wave files cannot do that!!! With Wave files, you can encode them onto the CD itself. Just as i said in my post above.
